When this mission started in 2018, I quickly realized I needed a tool and accountability coach to help me take all the right actions towards my newfound personal and professional goals. As I did extensive research on what my options were at the time, I had an epiphany! The tool I needed was right in front of my nose; a journal. And the accountability partner I so desperately needed… It was ME!

I had just read all the books; Mindset by Carol Dweck, Atomic Habits by James Clear, and The Obstacle Is The Way by Ryan Holiday. I had watched all the videos and trainings. I had acquired plenty of knowledge about all the principles and tactics. I was ready to get started. I was ready to IMPLEMENT.

That’s when the first iteration of the Growth Guide Journal was born.
